Tigh Nora Galway is proud to be the first bar in Galway to have the new Method and Madness Gin on our shelves today!

Overseen by Master Distiller, Brian Nation, and Apprentice Distiller, Henry Donnelly, the gin has been distilled in ‘Mickey’s Belly’, Ireland’s oldest gin still first commissioned in 1958, at the Micro Distillery, Midleton and mixed with 16 balanced botanicals, led by Black Lemon & Irish Gorse Flower.

NOSE:
Citrus and spice with a unique sweetness from wild Irish gorse flower

TASTE:
Aromatic with distinctive herbal and earthy woodland notes

FINISH:
Clean and long with lingering citrus and spice

This new and exclusive gin is served with a Schweppes Premium tonic water, lots of ice, and a simple lemon peel garnish.
