“Silent Distillery.. The Story Continues” welcoming Chapter Three and Chapter Four from the Midleton Very Rare collection to join Chapter One and Chapter Two to our precious whiskey family.
We’ve also created a new home in the bar, fitting of course for the rarest and most expensive Irish whiskey ever released, that we can’t wait to show you.
It’s also an honour to welcome back Master Distiller Kevin O’ Gorman to Sonny Molloy’s as our special guest for the evening. He’ll be joined by Irish Distillers Irish Whiskey Ambassador Gerard Garland.
Enjoy whiskey cocktails on arrival, before the real highlight of the evening begins. You’ll have the chance to hear all the inside stories about the new chapters, ask the experts any questions and share in the celebrations of welcoming the new releases.
Throughout the evening you’ll sip on exclusive Midleton style whiskey samples, handpicked by the Master Distiller especially for the event. We’ll also take you through a tasting of our own Sonny Molloy’s Redbreast 19 Year Old Oloroso Sherry Single Cask. It really plans to be a special celebration in Sonny Molloy’s, ideal for anyone who appreciates premium Irish whiskey.
